What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer airport transfers at an additional cost. Please arrange at least 24 hours in advance.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included by default but may be included depending on your booking. Please confirm at the time of reservation.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, we have a freshwater swimming pool available for all guests.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

Are all rooms on the ground floor?
No, the resort has multiple buildings, and some rooms are located on upper levels accessible by stairs. Ground-floor rooms may be requested based on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and cash.

Do you host weddings and events?
Yes, we offer wedding and event packages. Please contact us for more details about our conference facilities.

Is there a safe for valuables?
Yes, safety deposit boxes are available in the rooms.

Booking Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations and modifications must be made within the specified cancellation period to avoid charges.
• No-shows and late cancellations may incur a penalty.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 31+ days prior to arrival: Full refund, less a 10% handling fee.
• 21–30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
• 20 days or less prior to arrival: No refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages.
• No refunds will be issued due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God, including hurricanes.
